1. RESERVATIONS

1.1 Reservations can only be made by individuals who are of legal age.

1.2 A credit card is required to make a reservation. Payment for the stay must be made at the latest on the day of arrival (except for the New Year period, with additional conditions outlined below).

1.3 Upon check-in, all guests must present a valid photo ID (passport for non-EU citizens / ID card for EU citizens). Failure to provide documents in a way that allows the receptionist to verify them will result in refusal of check-in without refund.

1.4 Except as stated in point 1.3, during check-in, guests are required to provide identification details, including full name, ID document number, contact phone number, email address, and credit card details.

1.5 The hostel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate any customer requests for changes to reservation details, but any requests for changes in dates or length of stay, or for adding products and/or services, will depend on availability, and the customer will pay the standard rates for any increased stay or additional products/services.

1.6 For group bookings of 4 or more rooms/8 or more guests, prior consent from the hostel is required. More information can be found under the Groups tab. Making such a reservation without hostel consent may result in cancellation. 1.7 Reservations for the New Year’s period require full and non-refundable prepayment by December 15th. Reservations made after this date require immediate prepayment. Only reservations for at least two nights are accepted during the New Year period. Similar restrictions may apply to other dates, especially during concerts

1.7 Group bookings of 4 or more rooms / 8 or more guests require prior approval from the hostel. More information can be found in the Groups section. Making such a booking without the hostel’s approval may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

2. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

2.1 Check-in at the hostel is after 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be possible depending on availability. If needed, guests with a paid reservation may use the common areas before check-in.

2.2 Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out until 2:00 PM may be possible only with prior arrangement for an additional fee and depending on availability, at least 24 hours before the check-out date. (In the absence of such prior arrangement, failing to check out by 11:00 AM may result in charging the guest for an additional night at the standard rate for that day).

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

3.1 If the user made a reservation through Booking.com, Expedia, Hostelworld, they must cancel or modify the reservation through the agency they used to make the booking.

3.2 Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded regardless of the reason for cancellation. The total amount for the stay is charged to the card upon receiving the reservation.

3.3 Standard or flexible bookings can be canceled or modified free of charge before 9:00 AM on the day before the arrival date. The full amount for the stay must be paid at check-in, except for group bookings of 4 or more rooms / 8 or more guests.

3.4 According to point 3.3, the guest can cancel the reservation without incurring any charges if they notify the hostel at least before 9:00 AM (local time) on the day before the arrival date. In this case, the hostel will refund all amounts paid in advance or pre-authorized. Cancellations must be made solely via email. The hostel does not accept any modifications to reservations made by phone. This does not apply to group bookings of 4 or more rooms / 8 or more guests.

3.5 If the guest fails to notify the hostel about the cancellation in accordance with point 3.4 or does not show up at the hostel, the entire reservation will be considered canceled, and the amount already paid in advance or the applicable amount will be charged.

3.6 The hostel may cancel a reservation if the payment details provided by the guest are incorrect or insufficient. The hostel will make all reasonable efforts to contact the guest to obtain alternative payment details.

4. CHILDREN AND PETS

4.1 Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to stay in dormitory rooms unless the entire room is booked exclusively by members of the same group, who must always be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

4.2 We love all animals, but only dogs are allowed to stay with us, and only in private rooms. Every four-legged guest must be reported at the reception and is subject to an additional fee. The guest is responsible for their pet’s behavior and for cleaning up after them. If you do not clean up after your pet or if we determine that your pet is disturbing the peace or poses a safety risk to our guests, staff, or anyone else, we reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately.

5. PAYMENTS

5.1 If your stay is being paid for by your company and you require an INVOICE, you must provide the company details including its name, address, and tax identification number at the time of booking. Once payment is made, it will not be possible to exchange the receipt for an invoice.

5.2 The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card prior to arrival to verify its validity. The name on the credit card used for the reservation must match the name of the guest staying at the property.

5.3 Some credit card payments may be subject to a fee. A PIN code will be required when paying by credit card.

6. FOOD AND DRINKS

6.1 Booking fees do not include meals or drinks. The booking confirmation specifies which services or amenities have been reserved.

6.2 Guests are not allowed to consume or store food and beverages in the rooms. Drinking water is permitted. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Hostel staff have the right to confiscate alcohol found in the rooms.

7. HOSTEL RULES

7.1 Intoxicated persons are not allowed on the hostel premises.

7.2 Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hostel and is subject to a fine of 300 PLN. This includes electronic cigarettes.

7.3 Oki Doki reserves the right to refuse accommodation at check-in if check-in requirements are not met and/or if any individual has previously caused problems at this or another property.

7.4 Guests found in possession of drugs will be expelled from the hostel without a refund.

7.5 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM! Disturbing the peace and safety during these hours may result in immediate removal from the hostel.

7.6 Please maintain cleanliness during your stay.

7.7 Do not flush any sanitary waste down the toilet—please use the provided bins.

7.8 Unless otherwise stated by staff, the café and bar are open from 7:00 AM at the earliest until 11:00 PM.

7.9 Guests are expected to behave and dress appropriately at all times and to follow hostel rules and staff requests. We kindly ask that you treat staff, other guests, and the property with respect. Oki Doki is a safe space where the health and safety of everyone is a priority. Guests must not disturb others or interfere with the operation of the hostel. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services, or to remove a guest and their group from the hostel if we reasonably believe these rules have been violated. In such cases, the hostel is not obliged to refund the cost of lost accommodation, services, or any other incurred losses or expenses.

8. COMPLAINTS

Your satisfaction is important to us. We always encourage guests to contact the Oki Doki reception, which will help resolve any misunderstandings. If we are unable to resolve the matter, it will be forwarded to Management.
