Guests under 18 years old are not allowed to sleep in our shared dorms. When booking a private room, you need to be accompanied by minimum one legal guardian over 18 years old – please contact us before you make your reservation.

If you choose a non-flexible reservation it cannot be refunded once it is made. Therefore, we recommend that you choose a flexible reservation, which allows you to cancel your reservation free of charge, right up until 9 am one day prior to your arrival date. If you wish to cancel your flexible reservation made via our website, please contact us via email.
