TERMS AND CONDITION
1. BOOKINGS
1.1 This property is an +18 venue.

1.2 A credit card is required to secure Guest's booking. Payment for the stay is made on arrival the latest (excludes New Year Peak season, for additional terms, see below).

1.3 All Guests must present valid photo ID (Passport for non EU citizens / Identity Card for EU citizens) upon Check-in. Failure to present valid documents will result in denied check-in with no refund.

1.4 Subcject to clause 1.3 when requesting Bookings, Guests will be required to provide identification information including, but not limited to, their first and last name, number of a document, contact telephone number, email address and valid credit card details.

1.5 Required keycard deposit upon check-in in cash - the minimum of 20 PLN / 5 euros / 5 dollars / 5 pounds or alternative currency equivalent. We cannot offer change. Fully refundable provided that the key will be returned at check-out. Driver's Licenses or Passports will not be accepted as key deposit.

1.6 Hostel will use its reasonable endeavours to accommodate any request from the Customer to change the Booking Details but any request to change the dates or length of stay or add products and/or services will be subject to availability and the Customer paying for such increased length of stay and/or products and/or services at the Hostel’s standard rates from time to time.

1.7 When booking multiple beds in a shared room, the Hostel will make a genuine attempt to put people on the same booking in the same room, however this cannot be guaranteed. Room allocations are made based on availability and on a first-come first-served basis.

1.8 Group Bookings over 4 rooms / 8 or more Guests will require prior consent from the hostel. Check our Groups for more information. Making such Reservations without hostel's consent might result in cancelation.

1.9 Reservations for New Year Eve require full and non-returnable prepayment by the 15th of December. Reservations made after the date need to be prepaid as soon as possible. For the New Year's Eve are only accepted Reservations of two or more nights.

2. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
2.1 Check-in time at the Hostel is after 15:00. Check-in prior to 15:00 may be available subject to availability. Guests may access communal facilities prior to check-in if required.

2.2 Check-out time at the Hostel booked is before 11:00. Late check-out is 14:00 and may be possible by prior arrangement with an additional charge and subject to availability at least 24 hrs in advance to the check-out date. (In the absence of such prior arrangement, failure to check-out by 11:00 might result in the Customer being charged for an additional night’s accommodation at the standard applicable rate)

3. CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS
3.1 If you have booked accommodation through the use of a travel agency or an online travel agency (such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and Hotels.com), you must cancel or modify your booking through the agency that you used to make the booking.

3.2 Non refundable bookings are non cancelable, non exchangeable and non refundable whatever the reason for the cancelation. The total of the amount of the stay is debited from your card once the booking is received.

3.3 Standard or flexible bookings can be canceled or modified free of charge prior to 9:00 one the day before your arrival date. The total of the amount of the stay will need to be paid upon the Check-in.

3.4 As per clause 3.3 the Guest may cancel the Booking without charge if notice is given to the Hostel at least before 9:00 (local time) one day prior the arrival date. In which case the Hostel will refund to the Customer all sums paid in advance or pre-authorized. Cancellations need to be made through email. We do not accept any modification of bookings made via a phone call.

3.5 Where the Guest fails to give sufficient notice of cancelation as per clause 3.4 or fails to arrive at the Hostel, the entire Booking will be deemed canceled and the already pre-charged or applicable rate amount due will apply.

3.6 The Hostel may cancel the Booking if the payment details provided by the Guest are invalid or insufficient. The Hostel will make all reasonable attempts to contact the Guest for alternative valid details.

4. CHILDREN AND PETS
4.1 Guests under 18 are not allowed in dormitory rooms unless such room is booked in its entirety by the same group members always accompanied by a parent or their legal guardian.

4.2 Only some pets are allowed having an extra cost and are only allowed in private rooms. You are responsible for your pets behavior and for cleaning up after them. If you fail to clean up after your pets or if we deem your pets to be a risk to the safety of our Guests, Staff, or any other person, we may immediately terminate your stay.

5. PAYMENTS
5.1 If your company pays for the stay and you need an invoice, you need to provide the company data complete with the company's name, address and tax number when making Reservation. After payment will not be possible to exchange a receipt for an invoice.

5.2 The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival in order to check its varacity. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the Guest staying at the property.

5.3 Please note that a credit card fee may apply when paying by certain credit cards. You will be required to use your PIN code when paying by credit card.

6. FOOD AND DRINK
6.1 Unless otherwise agreed by the Hostel, the Booking charges do not include any food or drink. Booking confirmation states which services or items have been booked.

6.2 Guests cannot consume or store food and drinks in the rooms. Water is permitted. No alcohol allowed in any room at any time. Hostel Staff is allowed to confiscate any alcohol from the rooms.

7. HOUSE RULES
7.1 Intoxicated persons are not allowed to be on the hostel premises.

7.2 Smoking on the premises is totally prohibited and will result in fine of 300 PLN. This includes e-cigarettes.

7.3 Oki Doki has the right to refuse stay at the time of Check-in, if the check-in requirements are not met, and/or if any person has caused problems at the property or another property in the past.

7.4 Guest which is in possession of drugs will be expelled from the hostel with no refund.

7.5 Quiet time is between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., we ask Guests to be quiet in their rooms and in public areas. Kindly be considerate and respectful to your fellow Guests, the Staff and the Neighbors. Disturbing the peace and safety at night may result in immediate removal from the hotel.

7.6 Please cut down on clutter and keep your belongings well organized during your stay.

7.7 Please do not flush any sanitary waste down the toilet, but use the bins provided instead.

7.8 Unless otherwise agreed by the Staff, the Cafe & Bar is open from 7 a.m the earliest until 11 p.m. the latest.

7.9 Guests are asked to conduct and dress themselves appropriately at all times and to follow hotel policies and requests accordingly. Kindly treat Employees, fellow Guests and the Property with respect. Oki Doki is a safe space, where everyone’s health and safety is a priority. Guests are requested not to disturb other Guests or disrupt operations. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation, or services or remove you and members of your party from the hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision breached. Where this is the case, the Hostel shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services, or any other loss or expense incurred.

8. COMPLAINTS
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please always contact Oki Doki's reception, which will help sort out any misunderstandings. In the event that we are unable to resolve the matter it will be forwarded then to the Management.
