We are just in the centre of Warsaw
We are located just in the city centre, next to Marszałkowska street (the main street of Warsaw), 100 metres from the Świętokrzyska metro station.
How to get to Oki Doki Hostel from:
Central Train Station ( Warszawa Centralna)
You can reach us on foot, it will take you 10 minutes. Walk out of the station in the direction of Emili Plater Street. In general you need to get to the other side of the Palace of Culture and Science-the tall building with a clock on the tower.
So walk along Emili Plater street keeping the Palace of Culture on your right, on the left you will pass by The Intercontinental Hotel. Turn right into Świętokrzyska Street and walk for 7 min as far as Marszałkowska Street. Cross Marszałkowska and walk left. After 50 meters behind Kwadrat Theater turn right into the first street (Rysia). You’re entering Dąbrowskiego Square.
Walk few more steps and you’ll find yourself in front of our door. There is a “Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości” and “Open Direct” on the ground floor.

West Bus Station ( Dworzec Zachodni)
Buy a single ticket (4,40zł) in one of the ZTM vending machines. Take bus 127 in the direction of “Mariensztat”. Get off at “Centrum” bus stop. Go through the underground to reach H&M store on the other corner. Pass it and walk along Marszałkowska up to Świętokrzyska Street. Pass Kwadrat Theater turn right into the first street (Rysia). You’re entering Dabrowskiego Square. Walk few more steps and you’ll find yourself in front of our door. There is a “Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości” and “Open Direct” on the ground floor.
Chopin Airport WAW ( Lotnisko Chopina)
By bus- Buy a single ticket (4,40zł) in one of the ZTM vending machines. Take bus number 175 and go to “Centrum” bus stop. Go through the underground passage to reach H&M store on the other corner. Pass it and walk along Marszałkowska up to Świętokrzyska Street. Pass Kwadrat Theater and turn right into the first cross-street (Rysia street). You’re entering Dabrowskiego Square. Walk few more steps and you’ll find yourself in front of our door. There is a “Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości” and “Open Direct” on the ground floor.
Taxi-make sure to take one of the licensed taxies standing just in front of the terminal. There is a guy in an orange vest organizing a line. DO NOT take driver offers from the inside of the terminal- these are not honest/recommended.
Taxi tariffs should be clearly displayed in the car window.
The taxi fare from the Chopin airport to us is approx. 40zł during the day time.
Modlin Airport WMI ( Lotnisko Modlin)
Cheap option ( 20 zł): Buy the ticket (one for both train and public transport) in a vending machine at the airport. Take the shuttle ‘KM’ bus to Modlin train station, take a train to the center of Warsaw ( Warszawa Centralna or Warszawa Śródmieście) – there are a few different trains routes. It should be clearly marked at the platform. Then follow directions for „Warszawa Centralna”-as above.
Easy and comfortable option (approx. 33zł): Take a Modlin Bus ( green and pink bus with ‘ModlinBus’ name on the side) that waits in front of the terminal. Buy a ticket to “Warszawa Centrum” so you will end up at the parking lot just in front of Palace of Culture and Science-this tall building with a clock on the tower. Keep it behind your back and walk left. Cross Marszałkowska/Świętokrzyska street to end up on the opposite corner. After 50 meters behind Kwadrat Theater turn right into the first street (Rysia). You’re entering Dąbrowskiego Square. Walk few more steps and you’ll find yourself in front of our door. There is a “Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości” and “Open Direct” on the ground floor.
It’s cheaper if you buy a ticket in advance.
Metro Młociny- PolskiBus.com Station
Buy a single ticket (4,40zł) in one of the ZTM vending machines. Take a subway (the entrance is just next to the PolskiBus stop) in “Kabaty” direction. Get off at “Świętokrzyska” station. Take exit no.1 (!).Cross Marszałkowska and walk left. After 50 meters behind Kwadrat Theater turn right into the first street (Rysia). You’re entering Dąbrowskiego Square. Walk few more steps and you’ll find yourself in front of our door. There is a “Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości” and “Open Direct” on the ground floor.
Metro Wilanowska- PolskiBus.com Station
Buy a single ticket (4,40zł) in one of the ZTM vending machines. Take a subway (the entrance is just next to the PolskiBus stop) in the ”Młociny” direction. Get off at “Świętokrzyska” station. Take exit no.1 (!). After 50 meters behind Kwadrat Theater turn right into the first street (Rysia). You’re entering Dąbrowskiego Square. Walk few more steps and you’ll find yourself in front of our door. There is a “Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości” and “Open Direct” on the ground floor.
Check out the app “jakdojade.pl” English version available! It’s the best way to find your way by public transport, the information is up to date. Just put departure and arrival place (best is exact address). To get to us just write Oki Doki Hostel as destination.
Please note
The address is Plac Dabrowskiego 3 (what means Dabrowskiego Square 3) and it is in the very, very city centre. Never go to ulica Dabrowskego (Street) in the Mokotow district, which is far away.
You can take a taxi, they are cheap but do not take any taxi without a clear telephone number on a top. If you do so,you can pay 3 times as much as you should pay.You can always ask locals if the one coming is a fair one.
You can buy a bus ticket at every news stand and ticket machine (they are in many bus stops, and accept coins, notes and cards). It is called “bilet”.
