  Fryderyk Chopin (1810-1849), one of the greatest artists in the history of Polish culture, the coolest Polish composer of Romantic Period,as well as a leading pianist. He is sometimes called a poet of the piano. To celebrate this event, 2010 has been proclaimed as the Year of Fryderyk Chopin.
