COMPETITION RULES

I. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION

1. The competition is organized by Oki Doki Ltd. based in Warsaw, 00-057, pl. Dąbrowskiego

2. Competition rules are defined in these Terms, which will enter into force on the date of commencement of the competition and will be valid until its end.

3. The competition will start on March 15 and end on July 31 2012.

4. The competition is open to all hostel guests and enthusiasts who are Facebook fans of Oki    Doki Hostel

II. RULES

1. To take part in the competition one must be over 18 years old.

2. To participate in the competition one must make a film about the hostel, post it on the website www.youtube.com and e-mail it to film@okidoki.pl while the competition is still in progress.

3. The film should not be posted on www.youtube.com for the first time earlier than on the first day of competition, which is March 15, 2012

4. The film on Youtube should have the phrase ‘Oki Doki Hostel’ in the title.

5. The participant must be registered on Facebook and be a fan of the hostel on Facebook.

6. The entry deadline is July 31, 2012.

7. The film must be shot at the Oki Doki Hostel.

8. Submitting the film for the competition is equivalent to giving consent to the hostel to copy and publish it for marketing purposes etc.

9. One participant can submit up to five films. The participant must be the author of the film and have unlimited copyright to the film.

10. The film can have any form, style and length.

11. The film must be shot in English or it must have English subtitles.

1. Participants must obtain appropriate permissions from all persons appearing in the film.

13. The film cannot contain profanity or pornography or any content generally recognized as offensive or racist.

14.Films that do not meet the requirements or are sent after the deadline will not be evaluated.

III COMPETITION JUDGING

1.Results of the competition will be announced two weeks from after the last day of the competition on August 15, 2012

2.The competition will end with the selection of 2 winners in the following categories:

- the best film, subjectively chosen by the hostel management and staff

- the film that gets the highest number of YOUTUBE views till July 31, 2012.

3. One participant can win in both categories.

4. The results will be announced on the hostel Facebook page and on the hostel website.

5. The winners will be notified of results by e-mail.

6. The hostel reserves the right to alter the arrangements or the closing date of competition should this be unavoidable.

IV. COMPETITION PRIZES

1. The winners are eligible to choose one of the following prizes:

PRIZE A- a two day stay in one of Oki Doki Hostel private en suite rooms with breakfast, a bottle of wine and two 24-hour Warsaw City Sightseeing Bus tickets.

The winner has the right to choose the date of their stay on the basis of hostel room availability (the prize is valid till the end of 2012).

PRIZE B- a two day stay in an Oki Doki affiliated hostel in one of the Europe’s largest cities.

The winner has the right to choose the date of their stay on the basis of hostel room availability (the prize is valid till the end of 2012).

PRIZE C- an excellent selection of traditional Polish vodkas and liqueurs – the prize will be delivered to the address provided by the winner.

2. Each of  the two winners will choose one of the above awards and will inform about their choice the Hostel by mail sent to film@okidoki.pl within 15 days from the date of announcing the results of the Competition that is by August 30, 2012.  If the Winners fail to do so, the Hostel reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.

3. Ten consolation prizes will be drawn from all valid entries received.
